Ubiqare is unique in offering its mobility healthcare platform combined with a last-mile network for co-ordinated physical interventions. The virtual care platforms do not support the complexity of palliative care or multi-morbidity chronic care and do not support physical interventions.

Since Jul 2018, we have served more than 250+ patients at home through 10000 patient-days of care, suffering from debilitating illnesses like cancer, neurological illnesses like stroke & MS, and chronic diseases. With these complex cancer care patients, 96% of the clinical episodes were managed at home, avoiding 2 readmissions and revisits per patient per month. The patients have expressed high levels of satisfaction and improved quality of life. We have also extended our care to COVID patients at home directly and indirectly by enabling a prestigious Hospital in Bangalore. This hospital has now adopted this platform for all its clinical departments. We are also addressing the emerging need of the hospitals and home healthcare organizations to extend specialised medical care to home. We enable them with our cloud based mobility healthcare platform.
